On 1st June 2019 and 2nd June 2019, the students from the Faculty of Safety Engineering from Bitola Campus participated in training on spatial forces for fire protection at open space that was held in the village of Staravina, i.e. at the Fire Rescue Station of Staravina, where in addition to theoretical and tactical training and teaching they also received practical training for extinguishing fires at open space. The training was organized by the Voluntary Fire Fighting Company “Fenix” from Bitola, the Protection and Rescue Directorate of the Republic of North Macedonia, Bitola Municipality and the Territorial Fire Unit from Bitola. The participants of the training received the title – an official responsible for fire protection at open space – a certificate issued by the Protection and Rescue Directorate of the Republic of Macedonia – Training Center.
