- 2011 – 2013 – led a team of four psychotherapists trained in treating women victims of domestic violence across cities in Macedonia, and personally worked directly with groups of these women in twelve cities (Kumanovo, Tetovo, Bitola, Kavadarci, Negotino, Skopje, Kriva Palanka, Gevgelija, Krushevo, Prilep, Radovish, and Shtip), contributing directly to their resocialization and empowerment for gaining economic independence
- 2011 – 2013 – developed three modules for psychosocial rehabilitation and treatment of women victims of domestic violence and disseminated the acquired knowledge through several multi-day trainings for trainers in psychosocial rehabilitation (psychologists, social workers from social work centers; doctors from the Ministry of Health; responsible persons from all relevant ministries: MoI, MLSP, MoES, Local Self-Government; employees from the Employment Agency of RM, and others)
- 2010 – 2013 – engaged by UNDP as a National Expert in the field of Psychosocial Rehabilitation of women victims of domestic violence
