Study program Computer systems and networks (3+1+1)
Our Master’s Degree studies for the study program Computer Systems and network is organized as follows:
- Computer systems and networks
- Specialist studies (fourth year – 240 ECTS credits)
- Master’s degree (fifth year – 300 ECTS credits)
The trends in the labor market increase the need for staff with specialization and proficiency in specific fields. The rapid changes magnify the need for hiring professional staff – individuals who have extended knowledge in the field of computer science. This study program will prepare such individuals for implementation of modern computer systems and networks.
The study program Computer systems and networks familiarizes students with the basic concepts of modern operating systems, gives them the resources to master the basic cryptographic principles and methods. Besides that, students will obtain knowledge and skills for using GIS technology, designing computer systems based on mobile technologies and will learn the latest technological advances and world trends in E-business.
Specialist studies (fourth year)

Condition: have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 180 ECTS

ECTS of the program: 60
ECTS after completion: 240
Awarded degree: no degree is earned during this year
Tuition fee per year for international students: EUR 2030 (for the fourth year)
The specialist studies consist of two semesters – one year (+60 ECTS). Only students who have graduated with at least 180 ECTS can be enrolled.
Upon completion of the studies, students acquire 240 ECTS and can enroll in the fifth year for a master’s degree.

Master’s degree studies (fifth year)

Awarded degree: Master of computer science – Legum Magister LL.M
Tuition fee per year: EUR 2030 (for the fifth year)
The Master’s degree studies consist of two semesters – one year (+60 ECTS). Only students who have earned at least 240 ECTS can be enrolled. Upon completion of the studies and the defense of the Master’s thesis, students are awarded with 300 ECTS credits, and a Master of computer science degree – Software Technologies (Master of computer science – Legum Magister LL.M).
In the timeframe of the one – year study program, the student is obliged to pass 8 courses, that is 4 of each semester.
Additionally, the study program includes practical classes, preparation of a master’s thesis, and finally the defense of a master’s thesis.

Enrollment requirements
We can only enroll students who have graduated with at least 240 ECTS for the fifth year of the study program, or 180 ECTS for the fourth and fifth year of the study program.
The students should prepare all of the required documents, which depend on the country they come from. The international students may need to submit their Bachelor’s degree certificates for nostrification at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of North Macedonia. This should be done at least a month before applying for enrollment at our university.
The admissions process does not include entrance exams at the graduate level.
Required documents for international students
When applying for admission to second cycle, candidates should submit the following documents:
- Certificate (diploma) of graduation/bachelor’s degree;
- Transcript of records;
- Nostrification of the diploma (for international students)
- Birth certificate;
- ID;
- 4 document photos
For international students additional documents might be necessary. Documents for applications can be submitted at the International Slavic University “G. R. Derzavin” in Sveti Nikole, at the following address “Marshal Tito” No. 77 , and Bitola at the following address “Novachki pat” No. 16.
Tuition fees
The tuition fee per year is EUR 2030 for the fourth year, and EUR 2030 for the fifth year. International students pay the whole amount of the yearly tuition fee at the beginning of each academic year.
