Rights and obligations of the incoming staff
The mobility user is obliged:
- To respect the Agreement for teaching, i.e., the Agreement for professional development;
- To conscientiously complete the activities specified in the agreement concerning the duration of the stay abroad;
- To respect the rules and regulations of the partner institution, the usual working hours, the manner of conduct and the rules for confidentiality;
- To notify the Erasmus + Coordinator of any mobility issues or changes.
The mobility support funds are used by the mobility user to cover travel expenses, living expenses and expenses for improving the language skills that occurred during the planned period of mobility abroad.
Refund of grant funds
If the mobility beneficiary does not comply with the obligations arising from the concluded arguments and he/she has made large concessions, the same one will have obligations to fully or partially repay the grant funds.
If the mobility beneficiary cancels the mobility before the expiration date or before the beginning of the mobility, he/she is obliged to return the entire amount of grant that ISU paid to his/her account.
In case of non-fulfilling of the agreement due to force majeure, it will be acted in accordance with the guidelines of the National Agency in agreement with the mobility user.
