Management of Organization  is the most popular study program on the ISU, and the studies are in duration of four years, i.e. 8 semesters.

On the study program Management of organization, as a student you will be introduced to the basics of the management, the business strategies, psychology of business, management with human resources, but you will also be learning courses from the economy which will be significant to your managerial skills in a company or organization where you will be working in the future.



The courses of this study program will give you a clear vision of the managerial functions, roles, decisions and skills. You will study all the managerial functions in detail – planning, organizing, management and controlling. You will dedicate your attention to problem solving and decision making, managing organizational conflicts and managing crisis situations. Through exercises, as future managers you will be introduced with multiple ways of team work and establishing and maintaining communication and collaboration with experts from various areas.

Within the frames of the four year studies, 32 course are covered that the students must pass. Each semester has two required and 4 elective courses. From the 4 elective possible courses, the students only pick two courses – between the first and the second elective course, i.e. between the third and the fourth, etc. E.g. only one course is chosen – either no.3 or no.4 (except if somewhere is specified otherwise).

In the given table below, the term un. elective stands for university elective course, and as for choosing one of these courses, the same rules apply as the standard elective courses.

After graduating you will acquire a title Bachelor of Economics and a diploma that will open a wide specter of possibilities for employment and building a successful career.

Enrollment requirements


We can only enroll students who have completed at least four-year secondary education in the Republic of North Macedonia or abroad with passed state, school or international matura exam (matriculation examination) or an equivalent.

Students from other accredited faculties, graduates and foreign citizens (regulated by law) also have the right to enroll.

The admissions process does not include entrance exams at the undergraduate level.

Tuition fees


Candidates can enroll as full-time or part-time students. The tuition fee per year is EUR 2030. International students pay the whole amount of the yearly tuition fee at the beginning of the academic year.
