Safety at work refers to preventive enforcement of certain measures and regulations concerning the safety of human health on the workplace. On this study program you will learn the possible dangers to human health in certain areas, how to recognize them and how to eliminate them.

The goal of OSH (Occupational safety and health) is to create reliable working conditions for preventing workplace injuries, occupational diseases and accidents, i.e. reducing the possible harmful consequences if the danger cannot be completely removed.

Duration of study: 1 year (2 semesters)
Condition: to have graduated with at least 180 ECTS
Courses: 8
ECTS of the program: 60
ECTS after completion: 240
Awarded degree: no degree is earned during this year
Tuition fee per year: EUR 2430


The Specialized professional studies last one year (60 ECTS), and only students who have graduated with at least 180 ECTS can be enrolled. Upon completion of the study program, students acquire 240 ECTS and can enroll in the fifth year for a master’s degree.

The study program consists of 8 courses. Students can choose only two from the four elective courses that are given in the table below (they can pick between the first and the second, the third and the fourth, etc). The Un. elective course refers to a university elective course and the same rules apply to the selection of these courses as for standard electives.

The Master’s degree studies last one year (60 ECTS), and only students who have graduated with at least 240 ECTS can be enrolled. Upon completion of the program, the students acquire 300 ECTS credits and are awarded with a Мaster of Science degree.

The two-year studies consist of 8 courses. Enrollment requirements


We can only enroll students who have graduated with at least 240 ECTS for the one-year study program, or 180 ECTS for the two-year study program.

The students should prepare all of the required documents, which depend on the country they come from. The international students may need to submit their Bachelor’s degree certificates for nostrification at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of North Macedonia. This should be done at least a month before applying for enrollment at our university.

The admissions process does not include entrance exams at the graduate level.


Tuition fees


The tuition fee per year is EUR 3430. International students pay the whole amount of the yearly tuition fee at the beginning of each academic year.
